Log into Scratch, and then click your username in the top right-hand corner. Select "Account Settings", then click the "I want to delete my account" link at the bottom of the page. But you should only do this if you are absolutely sure that you want to delete your account. If you delete your account, you will not be able to restore it or access your deleted projects.
