            I added my user to my Membership account, but I am still not seeing it reflected in Scratch.

            The page where you enter your username is case-sensitive. Please ensure the usernames(s) associated with your membership match the way they display in Scratch.

            Username in Scratch
            Username associated with Scratch Membership
            Result
            ThisIsAnExample
            ThisIsAnExample
            Match--successful membership sync.
            ThisIsAnExample
            Thisisanexample
            No match--membership will not sync.
