The simplest way to do this is to delete the app and redownload it. This will, however, also delete any projects, so be sure to export any projects you wish to save.
To export ScratchJr projects, navigate to the yellow tab in the top right corner of the screen. There, click on "For Parents" and it will prompt you to answer a simple math question, and then allow you to share projects via email or Airdrop (if on an iPad).
If you are working on a Chromebook, the email option will only recognize Android apps - so you must download either the Gmail or Google Drive android app to share projects on Chromebooks.
Then, when your students would like to open the project on the app again, you can import projects in two ways: 1) you can go directly to the file in email or drive and select "open in ScratchJr". Then, return to ScratchJr and the project will be in the project gallery with a box on it. 2) You can tap the "Import" button in ScratchJr, which is right next to the "New Project" button in the project gallery (has a bow icon). This will allow you to go through files and select the ScratchJr project you'd like to open, without having to leave the ScratchJr App.
