Every character created is saved in the character library as long as the app hasn't been deleted. If the character was only deleted from the project editor page, you should be able to find it in the character library. If it was deleted from the character library of if the app was deleted and then redownloaded, it is unfortunately gone. But we encourage you to recreate it if you'd like!
