Må jeg sælge mine Scratch projekter?

Ændret den Wed, 5 Aug kl. 10:02 AM

Yes, but there are some things you should be careful about. You own your project and you may sell copies of it, but you must own the rights to all parts of your project in order to do so. For example, the Scratch Foundation does not permit the use of Scratch Cat, the Scratch logo, ScratchJr, Giga, Nano, Pico, Terra, Mill, and Zepto as outlined in §7.3 of the Terms of Service. If your project includes these, or any trademarked or copyrighted materials belonging to others, you should remove those from your project or seek a license from the trademark or copyright holder before attempting to commercialize your project.

If you are interested in licensing any of the Scratch Team Marks, please see https://www.scratchfoundation.org/get-involved/partner-with-us.

You should also be aware that when you share projects to Scratch, other users have a license to remix your project for personal use within the Service, and Scratch has a broad, perpetual license to use the posted content (TOS §8.2).
