If you are not able to apply for a job but are still looking for ways to help out around Scratch, there are plenty of ways for you to get involved! You can try:
Joining the Welcoming Committee studio and helping introduce new Scratchers to Scratch
Helping out in this month's Scratch Design Studio (learn more here)
Leaving helpful feedback and comments on other people's projects
Following the Community Guidelines and setting a great example for other
