Modificato il Mar, 28 Lug alle 6:25 PM

This page is intended for law enforcement authorities, and others who are legally authorized to seek information from Scratch. If you act for a national judicial or administrative authority in the European Union you should contact the Scratch Foundation (“Scratch”) single point of contact via DSA-PoC@scratch.org (see more information here: EU Digital Services Act (DSA) Single Point of Contact.

Scratch only discloses account records in accordance with our Terms of Use and applicable law. Requests for information must be made using appropriate legal process (e.g., search warrants, subpoenas, etc.).

For emergency situations where there is imminent risk of serious physical injury or death, Scratch endeavors to respond immediately to requests for information.

If you are a sworn law enforcement officer, or otherwise legally authorized to seek information from Scratch, please contact us at LawEnforcement@scratch.org. Inquiries which are not from sworn law enforcement officers, emergency responders, or authorized members of the court will not be responded to.

If needed for mail service, you may also contact us at the address below. Please be aware that contacting us by mail will delay our ability to quickly receive and respond to your request:
