Scratch only discloses account records in accordance with our Terms of Use and applicable law. Requests for information must be made using appropriate legal process (e.g., search warrants, subpoenas, etc.).
For emergency situations where there is imminent risk of serious physical injury or death, Scratch endeavors to respond immediately to requests for information.

Inquiries which are not from sworn law enforcement officers, emergency responders, or authorized members of the court will not be responded to.
