Is there an .msi or other way to install Scratch Desktop on many computers at once?

Currently, there is no MSI version of the installer. There isn't a way to install Scratch Desktop on many computers at once. We are looking into this for future iterations of Scratch. Sorry for the inconvenience in the meantime.
